And just like that, I'm done making all my picks. I know GK is finished as well. Has anyone else exhausted their picks yet? Who did you get? How do you feel you did in the draft?

43 Scheib, C. $13,400,000 24 SF 4.5 3.5 2 3.5 4 2.5 5 3.5
57 Volle, H. $12,100,000 25 SG 4.5 2.5 3.5 3.5 2 2.5 4 4.5
66 Sheperd, C. $7,800,000 30 C 4 4 4 3 3.5 2 3 2
72 Charland, E. $9,700,000 29 PG,SG,SF 3.5 2.5 4.5 2 4.5 2 2.5 3.5
</font></pre></td></tr></table></td></tr></table></BLOCKQUOTE>

Overall I'm pretty pleased, but I think perhaps I should have done things differently. Boris, the 24-y-o PG was still available when I made my first pick, and that might have been a better way to go.

I also agonized quite a bit at pick 57 when I ended up taking Volle. In the end it was all for nothing as I was still able to get a good center and point guard with my last picks.

Edit: I just saw that Clinkscales is AA. I take back what I said about Boris.

I'm guessing you didn't notice Shcieb is AA also, or that Grieves, who you originaly wanted over Volle, is BA.

Should have gone with my first gut reaction and taken Volle. so be it.

Fantastic Draft TC, your team should be a top contender.

I ended my draft in the first half of the first round - my strong beginning team with SG Guard allowed me to trade my other picks to move up and grab the two players I wanted the most

C Peter Tetterton and SG/SF Edgardo Blandon.

SG/SF Edgardo Blandon 26 16.1 million
6'6" 272 Arkansas
4.5,5,3.5,4,5,5,1.5,3.5

C Peter Tetterton 26 9.657 million
7'1" 257lbs George Washington
4,4.5,4.5,4,3,4.5,1.5,4.5

i've exhausted mine.
I ended up with:
Pick 5:
Olin Ursua, 25, $13,389,285
6'8, PF SF
Average potential
4, 4.5, 5, 4.5, 2, 5, 1, 5

Pick 24:
Bryon Roupe, 24, $5,986,540
7'2, C
Below Average potential
3.5, 3, 4, 3, 1.5, 3.5, 4.5, 2

Pick 63:
Wally Ziemke, 32, $16,285,920
6'9, SF
Average potential
4, 5, 4, 4, 3.5, 4.5, 4.5, 4

I am pretty dissapointed at Bryon Roupe, at 24 I was hoping to build him into something special but I've ended up with a guy who is going to stay at about the same level throughout his career.

My preferences in the picks were:

Roupe, B
C
Age 24

Schmutz, A
C
Age 27

Toscano, S
C
Age 29

Usher, G
C
Age 30

Schmutz is above average and would have been a much better purchase. hindsight is always easy though so i can't waste time thinking about what could have happened. Hopefully my team can put up a good fight this season.

Even at BA, Roupe will still get better. His career will probably just be two or three years shorter overall (so just pretend he's 26 rather than 24 ). And how much better does he need to get? An extra ball of defence and rebounding and he's fine.
